Pro, less drama, con, when waitress asks if her son want's another drink, pro odds are she aint looking for a sperm donor, con menopause may have taken all feeling from the waste down, pro she may have her shit together, con it may be at the expense of another man, pro she will have her own place and car, con check the back yard for raised flower beds, pro she could be a freak in bed, con don't forget to check the back yard, pro the drama whine comes with less ability to chase you down to fertilize her flowers,

HIGH MAINTENANCE
Now this one beat all the other day. I was chatting with an older woman who msged me on the rent a date site. She was a hairdresser, she basically in not so many words painted a picture of drinking, then hard sex, then go home. First date was supposed to be Sat. night. Then a day later she tried to change it to Friday??? THEN she asks if I could meet her at a sports bar for lunch since she was going to be on that side of town. So I met her at a sports bar and first thing she says is "WOW YOU LOOK WAY YOUNGER IN PERSON???" We talk for 20-30 minutes over a water and a coke. So from there we decide to go check out the local auction, and then go to Toys-R-Us...NICE!!!!!!. So at the auction she proclaims she bought her new house and car off the insurance settlement from her dads life insurance policy. Then she tells me that she would buy portable DVD players at Walmart to take on vacation trips then return them when she got back (this all plays into the end of the story). She goes to drop me off at my truck telling me why she needed to go to toyland. Apparently she had already gone to Walmart (would only offer store credit) to return a bunch of clothes given to her 8 year old daughter with no luck, so she was going to try Toys-R-Us to see if they would give her cash for the bar that night. BEST PART EVER, was she msged me later that day thinking it was best we forget our date the next day (i already canceled it to go out of town) because she felt she was too high maintenance for me to handle???? Honey I would have given you all the receipts if it could help you? I was very polite but busting my side laughing after I hung up.
